Exempt Well Information
Kerri Stasheim with MT DNRC Water Resources has reviewed this material and provided approval for the MSP.

West of Cottonwood Rd, between Oak St and Baxter Ln (see map on last page attached)
Size of Parcel: 160.36 ac
Exempt Well Narrative
We are requesting 6 Exempt Wells for the use at NWX.
Each of the 6 Exempt Wells requested for NWX will not exceed a diversion rate of 35 gallons per minute (GPM) or
10 acre-feet (AF). Each well will be used for landscaped areas, included but not limited to parks, boulevards,
medians, parking islands, areas around commercial buildings.
All other water use for the development will be provided by City of Bozeman public water supply.
