Hi Ryan,
Here is the preliminary determination for the project. We’ll still need to confirm on the
landscaping irrigation demand but provided it doesn’t exceed .98AF then no CILWR fee
will be required. Attached is documentation of the historic credit for the lot. Let me know
if you have any questions.
