Based on my quick scan it doesn't appear that the existing house have been connected to City water. If this is the case and the home has been utilizing an onsite well the City highly encourage the development to repurpose the well to supply the projects irrigation demand. I'll need to see the water rights certificate for the well if the project goes this route. Let me know if you have any questions.
