HomeMy WebLinkAbout9.0 CILWR Waiver 02-15-20191 dkirsch@chengineers.com From:Brian Heaston <bheaston@BOZEMAN.NET> Sent:Friday, December 21, 2018 3:56 PM To:dkirsch@chengineers.com Cc:'Matt Hausauer' Subject:RE: CIL Water Rights for Lot 13, Block 1, Gallatin Park Subdivision Drew, CIL water rights were provided with the subdivision at 22.57 gal/sqft. The credit available for Lot 13 Block 1 is 0.537 acres * 43560 sqft/ac * 22.57 gal/sqft = 528,000 gal = 1.6 AF. This volume is more than adequate to cover the anticipated water demand for the proposed 6880 sqft of office space. No CIL water rights are required for this project should it come in the door as described. We’ll provide final determination/confirmation of the zero fee with the site plan submittal. Happy holidays to you and Matt!
