Subject:CILWR Determination for Trout Meadows Ph3
Good Morning Griffin,
I am working on a site plan application for the Trout Meadows Ph3 project in the Cattail Lake Subdivision (CONR App. 21404). Pursuant to BMC
38.410.130.D, would you be able to provide a preliminary municipal water demand estimate for CILWR purposes based on the following proposed
project information:
- The lots are currently vacant with no existing demand
- 60 new Residential Units are proposed
- No commercial space
- Landscaping irrigation is proposed to be on wells
I am not aware of any existing CILWR credits for the Cattail Lake Subdivision, but please let us know if you have any on file. Feel free to reach out if
you need any additional information.
