This email is in regards to a comment received on the Conceptual review of the Beall Townhomes
(#21230). The comment asked to provide peak hour trip generation to determine whether a traffic study is
required.
The traffic generation numbers are provided in the table below. An excerpt of the conceptual plan is attached.
