HomeMy WebLinkAbout100 Roof Plan - HVAC pl� GENERAL NOTES MFGR 1.IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR ALL TRADES INCLUDING EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS TO COORDINATE WITH EACH OTHER AND TO VERIFY THAT THERE ARE CONFLICTS IN LOCATIONS OF DUCTS,CONDUITS, SPRINKLER HEADS, SPRINKLER PIPING, DIFFUSERS, ELECTRICALL BOXES AND OTHER ITEMS THROUGHOUT THIS PROJECT BEFORE FINAL PLACEMENT OF MATERIALS. DESIGNS 2.REFER TO PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: DETAILED EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS, INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS,CONTROL SEQUENCES AND ALL OTHER PROJECT DETAILS. 3.DUCTWORK SHALL BE GALVANIZED SHEET METAL. ROUND DUCTWORK SHALL BE SPIRAL OR SNAP-LOCK WITH ALL SEAMS SEALED. 4.RECTANGULAR SUPPLY AND RETURN DUCTWORK IN MECHANICAL ROOMS SHALL BE INSULATED WITH 1/2"THICK PO box 1001 Bozeman,MT 59771 DUCT LINER FOR SOUND ATTENUATION. 5.ALL OUTSIDE AIR DUCTWORK SHALL BE INSULATED WITH 1-1/2"DUCT WRAP. 6.EXHAUST DUCTWORK FROM THE EXTERIOR TO EXHAUST FANS SHALL BE INSULATED WITH 1-1/2"WRAP INSULATION. 7.DRYER VENT SHALL BE GALVANIZED SHEET METAL WITH ALL SEAMS SEALED. C QT ■i� 8.PROVIDE BLUE DUCT FOR BELOW SLAB DUCTWORK. 9.THE STRUCTURE BETWEEN THE BASEMENT AND FIRST FLOORS IS A POST-TENSION (PT)SLAB. REFER TO THE O STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS FOR ALL PT SLAB REQUIREMENTS. COORDINATE ALL SYSTEMS THROUGH THE SLAB OR SUPPORTED FROM THE SLAB. PRIOR TO SLAB INSTALLATION,ALL MECHANICAL, PLUMBING,AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CONNECTIONS, PENETRATIONS, SLEEVES, SUPPORTS,ANCHORS,AND HANGARS ARE TO BE INSTALLED.
