Hey Griffin,
As a part of the site plan approval process, I need to reach out to you about Cash in Lieu of Water Rights for the Six Range Condominiums.
We will have an updated water report with the latest site plan submittal, but the annual usage we calculated for the development is summarized
below in the report’s ‘Table 1.’
At $6000/ac-ft, I calculate $182,649.10 to be the CILWR fee.
