Required Parking:
In accordance with Bozeman Municipal Code; Article 5; Sec. 38.540.050. “Number of parking spaces required”:
Main house with 3 bedrooms = 3 spaces
ADU = 1 space
Total = 4 spaces
Provided Parking in Proposal:
On street parking: Lot width = 60 uninterrupted linear feet allowing for 2 on street parking spaces.
Off street parking: 2 in the garage, 1 to the S of the garage.
Total = 5 spaces
