Thank you for submitting the plans dated April 5,2022for Emily Smith-Wilson's
proposed Bozeman Pilates building on Baxter Meadows Phase 2A, Block 16, Lot 5.
The Baxter Meadows Neighborhood Center Design Review Board has reviewed the
submittal and finds that it is in compliance with our Design Review Guidelines and
Regulations. This leffer will serve as formal Certification of Compliance and approval of
the submittal. We see this project as a great addition to the Baxter Meadows
neighborhood.
Please proceed with your plan to secure a building permit from the City of Bozeman and
advise us ofany changes to the plan.
