Response:
This letter is in response to the Planning Department review of 12/28/2021.
The following corrections/additions have been made to the Architectural drawings in order to comply
with the review:
1. Cover: The site calculations have been corrected to show only the Phase 1 data.
2. A100: In accordance with the C.O.B. email of 2/28/2022 the open space has been adjusted to
meet the occupancy requirements for Phase 1. This open space does not match the master site
plan since Phase 1 and Phase 2 share open space in the master plan. When Phase 2 is
constructed, the open space will be adjusted to be in conformance with the master site plan.
3. A300 and A301: There is no building mounted equipment so no screening is required. The
elec. meters are screened with landscaping in accordance with Northwestern Energy
requirements.
The corrections for the Civil drawings have been addressed in a separate letter from the Civil
Engineer.
