Is the lighting easement through N.W.E.? We typically only deal with “Public Utility Easements”
If it is N.W.E.’s easement, we would approve the removal of that easement. It will not conflict with the current plan for
utility installations to the buildings as shown in the previously attached plans.

necessary. Attached is the latest civil plans with everything updated to match the plan you sent over.
