Hi Arielle and Jesse,
I wanted to clarify my message below on concurrent review. The department will approve concurrent review as soon as
you have resubmitted corrections to current comments. Danielle is comfortable with concurrent review based on
discussions with you and reviewing the revised drawings, but we need to have those new drawings submitted as a
revision before I can approve concurrent review. To clarify, Danielle will still need to time to review your revisions, but
we do not need to wait for Danielle to complete her review to move forward on concurrent review. Please let me know
if you have further questions.

The City has enhanced our project intake process and will now be receiving all project submittals - New and Revisions,
through ProjectDox. As a result of this transition in process, response times to inquiries may be delayed. We understand

Hi Arielle,
I spoke with Danielle and we are willing to approve concurrent review based on the revised drawing that the two of you
discussed. We will need you to submit your revisions and corrections before I can forward the approved concurrent
review forms. I will reach out with the forms after you complete the current respond and resubmit task.
Master site plan comments are anticipated on or around May 24.
