To Whom It May Concern, I am writing today to encourage the City to stick to its original plan and to build the full 5 lane road which was clearly intended. The public "pushback" on this project is pure NIMBY-ism. The City should not listen to, or favor, the vocal few over the best interests of the ever- growing community as a whole. I live on Meagher -- the closest north-south street whichreaches all the way from Babcock to Oak west of Fowler. Meagher was not built to handle through traffic, and yet our street is clogged with it, despite not being wide enough to handletwo parked cars and two moving vehicles. Fowler, however, was obviously planned as a major N-S road, and this plan should be completed. There are no other arterial streets between27th and Ferguson. The vocal minority showing up to your meetings may be "loud," but they do not represent the opinions of the people who live on Meagher, Yellowstone, Hunter's Mill, etc. They want to keep Fowler from being the artery it was intended to be, the artery the community needs. Please do not listen to them. I urge you to think ahead as Bozemancontinues to grow, and thus to build Fowler with two moving lanes of traffic in both directions! Thank you!-Douglass Dresser
