The Aurora building is estimated to contain a maximum of 200 employees. Based on DEQ 4
Table 3.1-1, the estimated average wastewater flow from an office building is 13 gpd/ person.
The irrigation demand for the site is estimated to be 14,664 gallons per week with a maximum
flowrate of 35 gpm. The above average day demand does not include the irrigation demand. If
the irrigation is estimated to be 14,664 gallons per week for an average of 20 weeks per year
and spread across the entire year, the average day demand is increased by about 0.57 gpm.
