Re: Net Floor Area Factor
To whom it concerns;
This letter is to acknowledge as part of the Aurora Site Plan Application that the owner, Montana
State University— Innovation Campus, will utilize the Net Floor Area Factor for the calculation of
parking minimums in relation to the facility use and function on the subject property.
The Net Floor Area Factor will be applied consistently to multiple use types in the same building.
