Hello Karl,
Hope your Friday is off to a good start. I’m writing in regard to the Annie Sub. final plat requirements. There is a requirement in the final plat checklist that
states a letter from the City Engineer must be provided certifying that as-built drawings have been received.
The as-built drawings and construction close-out package were dropped off yesterday. I was hoping you could provide verification that you received the as-built
drawings so that we can include the verification in the final plat submittal.
