This letter is to document that Central Excavation, Inc. (CEX) has performed the work to remove and
dispose of the existing concrete septic storage tank form the Annie PH. 4 Subdivision project.
On April 13th, 2022 CEX performed the work to clean out and dispose of any debris and crush the concrete.
The concrete rubble will be hauled off to DLM for disposal prior to the Substantial Completion date.
