Hi Susana -
I hope your week is going well.
Alex Edwards asked me to reach out and help him address one of the comments on the Eastlake
Professional Center Final Plat application 22-099. Specifically, he asked that I tackle your comment with
regards to the CCRs and the weed management responsibilities. In looking at the drafted CCRs we have a
section (Article II.1) that states, "The Association shall be responsible for the control of noxious weeds on
the Common Areas. Landowners are responsible for noxious weed control on their own individual lots as
stated in the Montana Code Annotated §7-22-2116."
I think we would be happy to add something in there to address your comments but wasn't sure if there
was something specific you were looking for?
