Update from Langlas’ (mostly Eric, ��) efforts today getting in touch with the City Engineering
Dept and Sanderson Stewart.
Karl Johnson with the Engineering Department confirmed that they are waiting for the North 27th
Improvement closeout documents and that the process is in their court to wrap this up.
Sanderson Stewart committed to proceeding with compiling the necessary closeout documents,
and they said they would provide us an update next week.
We’ll keep on this and update as we hear more.

We are working on trying to finish up the Billings Clinic closeout on 27th street. We met and as a group on
Tuesday and felt this requirement needs to get completed. As you see, they are close to the 90 day mark.
Please let me know if you have any questions and hopefully we can get this wrapped up for the Eastlake
project.

Luke / Pat,
Following up on the Billings Clinic infrastructure closeout process. I have yet to receive a closeout package
for the infrastructure completed on the Billings Clinic site.
It would be greatly appreciated to closeout at least the 27th Ave portion of the project since other
development is dependent on final closeout of that.
Just a reminder the DSSP requires submittal of the closeout package within 90 days of completion which I
believe we are at or getting close to.
Let me know if I can be of any assistance with the process. I only need digital files to begin with and I will
let you know when I am ready for hard copies.
