I got the new easement cover page included with the old package and on its way to get signed and that SID waiver will suffice SID waiver requirements. For the rest of your questions 1. The concurrent construction requirements (conditions established in the latest PP submittal) must be satisfied prior to issuing a building permit. 2. We ask for the site drainage self cert with all building permits to clarify the responsibility of providing proper site drainage. However the grading and drainage plans suffice this requirement in commercial development. You do not have to provide the site drainage form with this building permit. 3. The sump pump policy form is required for all developments 4. Understood. I just didn’t want there to be an issue connecting to the stub. Sounds like there is no concern. Thanks for the clarification.  The revised sheet is attached.  I have also attached the existing SID that is currently active for the Subdivision.  There were also a couple of comments posted to the PDOX portal that we received from the architect yesterday.  The items that apply to Civil scope are summarized below with some of my comments in red.  Please see my comments below and let us know with what we need to do to get these taken care of. Page 1 of 3 5/11/2022file:///C:/Users/aje/AppData/Local/Temp/XPgrpwise/6256E115tdhinctdhincpo1001693764... 1.  Completion of Improvements requirements (BMC 38.270.030.B) have not been satisfied. See Preliminary Plat comments related to completion of improvements standards. These must be satisfied prior to building permit approval. This item is completely out of our control.  Can you please verify that the walk-thru that took place in January is sufficient for us to move forward? 2.  Provide a completed Site Drainage Self Certification form. I have not seen the requirement for commercial development before.  We had our full design report and plans reviewed and approved through infrastructure review.  Is the self certification form necessary? We have typically been required to provide these only for residential development.  3.  Provide a completed Sump Pump Policy form. This item is more applicable to the Mechanical designer, but again this is typically only required for residential development.  Is this required for the Medical Eye Building? 4. C7.0: Confirm sewer stub elevation. Sewer stub may have been installed per deep sewer service detail which will have a higher elevation than shown and may require insulation near the building. Our records indicate this was installed per plan.  If the stub had been installed any higher it would not gravity flow from the building.  Since it was installed per plan, no changes will be necessary to the existing plan set. If you could get me a clean first page without the error I will get it included with the rest of the release and get it signed.
