proposed site plans.
Also, I see that annexation approval still needs the commissions review.

We are about to submit a Site Plan Application at the City Planning office for a proposed project call University
Crossing and would like you to review and get permission for concurrent construction for utilities and building
both of these three-story muliti-family buildings. Please let us know if you have any questions and see our
marked up zoning site plan with existing fire hydrants located and the proposed architectural site plan. Thank
