West of 19th Avenue, South of Kagy Boulevard. Size of Parcel: 0.84 ac
Exempt Well Narrative
We are requesting 1 Exempt Well for the use of irrigation at University Crossing.
The Exempt Well requested for University Crossing will not exceed a diversion rate of 35 gallons per minute (GPM)
or 10 acre-feet (AF). Only 1 well is requested to be used for landscaped areas, included but not limited to open
space, parking islands, areas around multi-family residential buildings.
All other water use for the development will be provided by City of Bozeman public water supply.
