I desire to construct a 3 car garage with a 1 bedroom ADU at my residence at 809 s 5th ave. Bozeman,
MT 59715. The existing garage will be demolished, the parking situation will remain the same. The new
3 car garage will sit on the lot in approximately the same position in the east-west direction. However,
the new garage will extend to the north and south up to the 5ft setback. A new power service will be
installed. The current service will be changed to descend the power pole and run underground
eliminating the current overhead power mast.
On the existing house, I would like to build a garden tower on the North West side, construct a daylight
basement patio on the west side, and improve the front entry
