We’re putting together the site plan application for the Cottages at Blackwood Groves project (#21421) which includes 65 cottage condominiums spread across Blocks 10 and 11 in the Blackwood Groves Subdivision in south Bozeman (please see attached). The site plan checklist requires a waiver from City Engineering for the site plan TIS. The overall TIS for Blackwood Groves included all 65 units proposed within these Blocks (Phase 1 includes 67 single family lots and the 65 cottage units proposed for 132 total units). The TIS Addendum approved with the preliminary plat application is attached here for reference – Table 1 includes the 132 total units proposed in Phase 1. Can you please provide a TIS waiver for this site plan application as these units were all accounted for in the approved overall TIS for Blackwood Groves?
