This detached iz story single-family gable-ended residence has a square plan, The front consts of an entrance under a shed-roofed addition which gives a salt-box-like profile to the facade; and a centrally placed, fixed, shuttered window at the first level , echoed by a centered pair of double-hung 1/1 windows at the second level . The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features a west-facing gabled dormer and an east-facing shed-roofed dormer directly above the shed-roofed salt-box-like east addition. A metal stovepipe is centrally located. The axis of the roof is perpendi- cular to the street.
