I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Given the size and proposed intensity of the projects, traffic impact
studies will not be required for The Ridge Lot 6 and The Ridge Lot 7A site plan applications. A summary of the provided
trip estimates are below.
The Ridge Lot 6- 119 average daily trips and 14 peak hour trips.
The Ridge Lot 7A – 66 average daily trips and 9 peak hour trips.
Please provide this email as the official TIS waiver with the site plan applications.
