I hope you are doing well, and are having a nice fall!
We are gearing up to submit for Site Plan review for The Ridge Lot 7a.
I wanted to start the ARC process for the Ridge COA with you in the meantime. Attached is a plan set / snapshot of
where the project is now; we are anticipating wrapping up the required documents for the Site plan submittal by
Wednesday and hopefully submit by Friday 10/1.
Please let me know what the next steps are to obtain ARC approval. I can provide additional building information as
needed.
We will be following this one up with our proposed Lot 6 design here soon as well.
