Marcy, I am currently trying to gather the respective information regarding Autumn Grove Condominiums Site Plan Submittal. Per the Concept Review memo from Lynn Hyde dated August 81h, under the section of"Payback". 2 She has a line item stating, "The subject property is located within the N 19th and Baxter intersection Payback boundary for traffic signal improvements. Please contact Marcy Yeykal at myeeykal@bozeman.net for a determination of the amount." Based on the community development reviewer,this payback area runs right through the proposed land of Autumn Grove. Autumn Grove is located North of Winter Park, East of Davis Lane and South of Autumn Grove Street.
