Side Lot Utilities Easement Abandonment Request
Utility Company: Northwestern Energy
In the Northwest Crossing (NWX) development between Lots 11 (West side lot boundary) & 12 (East
side lot boundary) utilities easement will not be used between these lots along this boundary for either
lot.
NWX is asking for your approval for no public utility easements to be required along shared boundary
of Lot 11 West and Lot 12 East. By signing below, you are providing this approval.
