Hi Thomas,
Here is the preliminary CILWR determination for the project. I can finalize the determination once the project has
received site plan adequacy and underlining final plat has been approved.
The City is working through a water rights transfer and agreement with the pending underlining plat. If this project
indents to use credit from the transfer the agreement and transfer will need to be finalized prior to site plan approval.

We are looking for a CIL of Water Rights determination. We will also be using city water for irrigation of this site, see
Landscaping’s irrigation calculations below. Please let us know if you need further information. Thank you.
Greater Gallatin Contractors Inc. site irrigation calculations:
8 Van heads = 274,140 Gallons of water per season
MP2000 = 11,640 Gallons of water per season
Side Strips = 96,240 Gallons of water per season
Total Gallons per season = 382,020 total gallons per season.
