I can finalize the determination once the project has received site plan adequacy and underlining final plat has been approved. The City is working through a water rights transfer and agreement with the pending underlining plat. If this project indents to use credit from the transfer the agreement and transfer will need to be finalized prior to site plan approval. Please let me know if you have any questions.
