Dear Cody,
During our meeting on February 11th, we discussed the existing retention storm pond east of the subject
property, and you clarified your Comment#13 on the 21461 Ridge PUD Lot 6 Site Plan Review. You stated
that as long as the storm pond does indeed have capacity for the runoff generated from the improvements on
Lot 6, that would resolve your comment. In response to your request to confirm capacity, Headwaters
performed a topo survey of the pond and has confirmed that the pond has the capacity to store both the 10-
year storm and %" initial abstraction, as stated in the submitted Storm Water Memo.
