This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed front porch and a flat-roofed attached garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
