Can you please confirm if CILWR is required if the existing well will be the irrigation water source? We’ll include your email in our site plan resubmittal. The MaSP indicates there is an existing onsite well, however the landscape plans don’t show a connection. It would be preferable to source from the well as this result in no CILWR fee and support the City’s water conservation goals. We don’t have any new buildings associated with the project, but there will be additional irrigation needs for the landscape plan. Here’s a summary of the anticipated use for Phase 1: · 25 Broadleaf Trees – water 2x/week using two 0.25 GPM bubblers in gravel filled sleeves for 15 minutes per watering period. 375 gallons per week for 14 weeks = 5,250 gallons/year · 9 Evergreen Spruce Trees – water 1x/week using two 0.25 GPM bubblers for 20 minutes using gravel filled PVC sleeves per watering period. 90 gallons per week for 14 weeks = 1,260 gallons/year · 466 Ornamental Grasses – water at 2x/week at 1.5 hours per watering period. 1054 gallons per week for 14 weeks = 14,756 gallons/year · 17,000 square feet of bio-swale with 850 emitters at 0.8 GPH at 2x/week. 1360 gallons per week for 14 weeks = 19,040 gallons/year · Total water use for Phase 1 improvements is estimated at 40,306 gallons/year. Would you please provide a cash-in-lieu of water rights calculation for this project? Let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks,
