Comments were given to us via project dox in the form of ‘Changemark’ items, ‘Checklist’ items and a memorandum transmitted to us through project dox. The following are responses to all comments on the memorandum, checklist items and changemark items. Responses to Section 2 comments of the memorandum. 1. Understood 2. A subdivision exemption has been submitted to city planning and engineering (application #21392). Comments have been received and responses/corrections have been made. This application has been resubmitted to the city concurrently with this Site Plan Application. 3. Griffin Nielson has provided a CILWR determination. Irrigation will be supplied from domestic city water; Griffin has incorporated this information in his determination. See revised Griffin Nielson correspondence and revised L1.0 Landscape plan. Owner has paid fee Responses to the NWE comments of the memorandum 1. Transformer and pad have been moved 6’ to the west to accommodate the required clearances. 12’ wide gate has been shown on the southwest side of the screen. See revised SD1.1. 2. Easement to transformer location will be provided. 3. This process has been started and is being led up by Bryan Tate (owner representative). Responses to Engineering comment (Changemark items) Changemark 1 – Detail 3/C040 has been revised so that the frame and cover note match DSSP Dwg. No. 02720-4. See revised sheet C040. Changemark 2 – The building roof is divided in half with the north half going to the basin 2 pond and the southern half going to the basin 3 pond. The conveyance spreadsheet has been updated to more clearly reflect this. Changemark 3 - Griffin Nielson has provided a CILWR determination. Owner has paid fee. Changemark 4 – Sewer service is not shown on C100 which is just providing an overall site layout. Sewer service location is shown in C300 Site Utility Plan. It is our understanding the project is moving forward with the ADR and information will be shared once complete. 6. Understood, a Knox box has been called for at the North entrance. 7. Comments have been reviewed and will be taken into consideration.
