Griffin – Attached is the most updated L1.0 sheet that indicates that we will be using city water instead of a well system. The total proposed irrigation demand is 4,063gpd (see bubbled area on plans). With this information, let me know the updated CILWR fee and I will pass that on to the owner, thank you! Hey Celine and Nakeisha, Here is the preliminary CILWR determination for the project. I was unable to locate the landscaping irrigation demand, I’ll need this for my records prior to finalizing the CILWR fee. The landscape plan (Sheet L1.0) indicate that irrigation will be supplied from an independent well system. In order to exclude the irrigation demands I need a predetermination letter (email) from the DNRC confirming that an exempt well is permitted on the property as well as landscaping plan(s) identifying the location of the well and pumping specs to ensure the 35gpm max rate for exempt well appropriation isn’t exceeded. Without this the landscaping irrigation demand will be including in the CILWR fee. Let me know if there are any questions. 3 Thanks, City of Bozeman MT Griffin Nielsen, PE| Engineering Department 406.582.2280 gnielsen@bozeman.net From: Nakeisha Lyon <nlyon@BOZEMAN.NET> Sent: Tuesday, January 4, 2022 8:44 AM To: Griffin Nielsen <GNielsen@BOZEMAN.NET> Cc: Celine Saucier <csaucier@m-m.net> Subject: RE: Follow Up: Cash in Lieu of Water Rights - 21389: Bronken Warehouse Site Plan HNY to you as well! The proposed use is within the Light Industrial Zoning District (M-1) for beer and wine storage and office space. Let me know if you need any other information!
