Departure Request Narrative has been revised to include additional departures. 3. A1 FORM – BRONKEN WAREHOUSE SITE PLAN a. Building square footage, height and number of parking stalls have been revised. 4. SID WAIVER a. Corrections have been made to the legal description and notary block 5. MONUMENT SIGN CORRESPONDENCE a. New document added 6. ALTERNATIVE PARKING CALCULATION NARRATIVE a. New document added 7. CONCURRENT CONSTRUCTION REQUEST Addendum 01 Page No. 2 a. New document added. Requesting concurrent construction per conversation with Nakesha in regards to infrastructure construction. 8. DEQ STORMWATER CERTIICATION a. We are submitting a Joint Application to DEQ because Lots 5 & 6 will be aggregated as part of this project. Per a conversation between Mason Tuttle (MMI) and Mikaela Schultz, this stormwater certification form was to be included with this resubmittal to be signed by the City. 9. DRAINAGE REPORT a. Stormwater report has been revised per COB comments. The drainage basin exhibit has been revised to accurately show runoff flow areas. Calculations have been added to illustrate that the project does not contribute any additional drainage to the stormwater Tract 2 Pond for the Nelson Meadows Subdivision. b. The maintenance plan has been modified to define ownership and the responsible party for maintenance duties 10. BRONKEN WATER REPORT a. Water report has been revised to better illustrate the proposed vs predicted flows. Additionally, flows from the city model have been incorporated into the report to help show the adequate pressures within the distribution system. 11. BOZEMAN STREET MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT DRAFT a. New document added REVISIONS AND CORRECTIONS TO THE DRAWINGS 1. COVER SHEET a. Information added to the ‘SITE SUMMARY’ Section. b. Parking Calculation Updated 2. SD1.0 – EXISTING SITE PLAN a. 150’ NO ACCESS STRIP has been shown to reflect the information on the existing plat. 3. SD1.1 – SITE PLAN a. 150’ NO ACCESS STRIP has been shown to reflect the information on the existing plat. b. Overall paving has been reduced as an effort to decrease construction costs. Primary reduction was taken out of the 50’ drive aisle in the secure yard. Drive aisle is now shown at 40’. c. Sidewalks have been adjusted to meet 7’ wide minimum standard (dimension added) d. The drive approach from Nelson Road has been revised to match city standard approach detail 02529-12 with truck turning movements to demonstrate the proposed turning radii is adequate for truck traffic. 8. C2.0 – EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN a. Location of construction trash enclosure has been specified b. Location of materials staging area specified 9. C3.0 UTILITY PLAN a. Call out revised to indicate SDR 26 PVC for the sanitary sewer service material. 10. C5.0 & C5.1 EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN a. Grading revisions to adjust for paving reductions b. Pond 1 location revised to relocate out of 20’ PUE and associated grading revisions c. Added curb inlet to prevent ponding per COB comments d. Revised storm drain routing to storm pond e.
