Olive Street Bozeman, MT 59715 RE: Bridger Skyline Site Plan Application Marty, This letter is respectfully submitted to formally request the use of (net) floor area per BMC 38.540.010.A.1.a to determine required parking calculations for the Site Plan Application for the Bridger Skyline Project located at 2214,2218, and 2220 Iron Horse Road.
