Dear Lesley,
The Development Review Committee (DRC) has reviewed your application for 417 West Story NCOA
Revision #1 (#21238) in accordance with the submittal checklists and Chapter 38.220 of the Unified
Development Code and the application complies with requirements. Therefore, the application has
been deemed adequate for further review.
Please note, your project is subject to public noticing. Notice materials will be supplied to you. We
would like to begin the notice period on Tuesday August 3rd. For this particular project you are only
required to post a notice board to site (supplied to you). Please respond to this email and let us
know if you will be able to pick up the notice board on Monday (8/2) or Tuesday (8/3) and post to
site by end of day Tuesday, August 3rd. If not, please let us know what day you would like to begin
noticing.
