Based on their changes, I do not think Engineering Review is necessary for the project. Additionally, I am attempting to expedite their approval to help facilitate their occupancy process. Am I able to make that determination as the project manager and move forward with the approval without Engineering looking at the changes? The applicant has made the following change based on Tom Roger’s observations and assessment for their occupancy inspection: o A roof has been added over the dumpster enclosure. A sketch of the roof is included with the attachments. o The light poles around the internal perimeter of the parking lot have been removed and replaced with building mounted lighting. Building elevations are included with the attachments, locations of the lights are noted on the plans. A detail sheet for the building mounted lights is included. o The entry sign previously located near the intersection of Lantern and Enterprise has been removed. An entry sign is now provided over the main entrance door at the south end of the structure. o The screening for the electrical meters has been revised. A wall is provided in front of the mounted meter banks with space to access behind the screening wall. A photo of the screening is included with the attachments. o The location of the mailboxes are shown on the site plan. The sidewalk near the mailbox has been adjusted. I’ve reviewed the application and found the changes to be in conformance with the BMC. I just want to make sure I am processing this correctly. Let me know! I’ve gone ahead and included the approval letter for your signature if you agree. T:\ZONING\Reuse.FurtherDev.Mods\2021\21376 Enterprise Apts. MOD\3.
