If so, we started occupancy on September 9th. Or is there a new building? I’m a little stumped by your response “a planner will be assigned” and his regarding “occupancy”. Can you clarify so I am tracking with the conversation. I am missing the answer to that question. Haha. I haven’t done any occupancies yet for modifications but I think it depends on the extent of the modification. I am probably a little confused on this from the sounds of it.. I believe they have applied for occupancy and should have everything else needed. Correct, these are just minor modifications to the site. I was under the impression that the mod would need to be fully approved before they could obtain occupancy but maybe this isn’t the case? Have you all not applied for occupancy for the Enterprise Apartments previously? I am looping in our DRC Coordinators and the Building Department on this one to assist.
