Here is the final CILWR determination:
Domestic Demand = 5*0.124 AF = 0.62 AF/year
Irrigation Demand = 2082gal/week* 4weeks *5 months (assumed irrigation season) = 41,640 gal/year =
0.128AF/year
Existing Credit = 0.234AF
Final Fee Due = (0.62 AF + 0.128 AF – 0.234 AF)* $6,000/AF = $3,084 .
