Dear Mr. Krueger,
The Bozeman Department of Community Development received you request to extend the Village
Downtown Lot 5 MOD approval for an additional 1 year on March 17, 2021.
You provided a response to the criteria that the City must consider prior to granting an extension.
I find the criteria have been met in order for an extension to be granted.
Approval Periods
Modification: May 1, 2021 to May 1, 2022
Extension I: May 1, 2022 to May 1, 2023
Your request for an extension to the Village Downtown Lot 5 MOD has been approved for 1 year,
until May 1, 2023 pursuant to section 38.230. BMC.
