Intent to Create Car Sharing Program
To whom it may concern –
In order to satisfy the parking requirements of the City of Bozeman Unified Development Code, our clients, the
ownership of the Wildlands Development project located at 600 N WALLACE AVE, BOZEMAN, MT 59715 & 629 E
PEACH ST, BOZEMAN, MT 59715, intend to put in place a Car Sharing Agreement as per Section 38.540.050.A.1.b.3.
The agreement will establish a program for the financing, liability insurance, maintenance, and utilization of (x1) vehicle
for building tenant use. Guidelines for the establishment of the car-sharing program have been provided by Martin
Matsen, Director of Community Development. It is acknowledged that the final documentation for the car-sharing
program agreement will be required to be reviewed and approved prior to occupancy of the building.
