BMC Section 38.540.070. - OFF-SITE PARKING
5. Off-site parking for non-residential uses may not be located more than 1,000 feet from
the entrance of the principal use. The distance is measured on a pedestrian route of travel
such as a sidewalk or city standard trail from the nearest parking space to the entrance of
the principal use served.
The walking distance for the longest pedestrian routes have been shown in the exhibit
below. An open circle symbol represents the starting point of each route at the temporary
parking lot and a double circle symbol indicates the end of that route at each building
entry.
