The Wildlands Development design team has been asked to address temporary parking to accommodate the needs of
existing tenants Wild Crumb Bakery and Fink’s Deli which will both remain in operation during construction of the new
addition. Per this comment and per a call with Sarah Rosenberg on Sept. 17th, 2021, the following will be provided:
· A signed letter documenting the temporary parking arrangements made off-site. See additional included document.
· A site plan or other exhibit illustrating the location of the project, any construction staging areas, and the areas
to which parking will be rerouted during the duration of construction. See additional included document.
· Temporary signage that assists in directing vehicular traffic appropriately. This will be provided by the contractor.
