Each of the two comment response documents included response to each comment briefly describing how the application was updated and revised to address the comment. Throughout the revised application materials, delta 1 and red revision clouds are used to indicate changes that were made as a part of RC 01. The Table of Contents and Drawing Index have been updated to show red text and issue date showing which sections or sheets were revised for ease of review. The comment responses will do the best job of digging into the details on each item that was changed in the drawings and design guidelines. Additional sheets were added to the drawing set to clarify tree preservation, civil and utility components in addition to easement and lot boundaries. As development has continued at the individual building designs currently under entitlement review, the program matrix has been updated to reflect these revised numbers. As requested in the DRC’s comments a revised Traffic Impact Study, Parking & Mobility Plan and Draft Owner Documents have been provided in this application. These documents reflect the changes to the individual building designs and development since the last submittal. The Subsequent Development section of this submittal has also been significantly revised to respond to the DRC’s updated comments, addressing the developed design at MVE and MVW in addition to a strategy to address the exposed walls as a result of the proposed demolition. Additions to this application, not specifically requested in the DRC or Engineering comments include the approval from the City of Bozeman’s Post Master to design the interior of each of the buildings proposed at North Central with interior mail delivery. Previously this design decision was prohibited by the Post Office. The email has been provided as proof of approval. The actual design of each mail delivery location within the ground floor of each building is expected to be reviewed at the site plan level, but this documentation proves interior mail delivery will not be prohibited for North Central buildings.
