Rescinding Stage One Drought Declaration and Rescinding Drought Surcharges Adopted
Pursuant to Resolution 5315
Pursuant to my authority as City Manager and Commission Resolution 5315 I hereby order that
effective today, October 12, 2021, based on changing conditions, the City is no longer in a declared
Stage One Drought. In addition,I hereby rescind Stage One Drought Surcharge Rates as implemented
pursuant to Administrative Order 2021-09.
