The general location of the subject property is near the intersection of Wagon Wheel Rd. and Concord Dr. Access to the proposed development will be from Wagon Wheel Rd. Site improvements include water and sewer main extensions, parking, drive lanes, sidewalks, trash enclosures, landscaping, and storm water facilities. The application package has been prepared based on the conceptual review comments. A narrative of how each comment was addressed has been included in the attached narrative.
