This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an attached gable-roofed garage and a shed-roofed enclosed porch for the back entry, as well as a flush side entry located closer to the front. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features a gabled dormer. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
